PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simulating and controlling a physical distribution system which is capable of judging whether the changes such as the extensions of a carrying-in port and a carrying-out port are possible or not. SOLUTION: For each carrier object to be an object to be controlled, a model to be controlled having the data group 31 composed of at least the recognition number specific to the carrier object, the present positional data of the carrier object and the destination command of the carrier object is set. Further a parameter 32 relating to the operation of a physical distribution system such as line speed, carrying-in time interval and carrying-out time interval, etc., is set. For each model to be controlled, the data group of the model itself and this parameter 32 are referred, the present positional data of the model to be controlled is calculated in parallel and a simulation is performed. The optimum parameter obtained by the simulation is extended to an actual control. |
