This is a chamber A for drying raisins and other fruits consisting of a frame 1, the walls 2 and the doors 3, such that the fruit is placed in the chamber A in crates which run over sliders 7. The chamber A has a perforated floor 24 and ventilation ports 4. At the rear of the chamber A there is a chamber B that houses the mechanisms for operating the drier such as the boiler 8, the burner 9, the centrifugal fan (turbine) 12 with its drive systems (mechanisms) 16, 17, 18 and 21, the air temperature regulation systems 10, 11 and 19,28, the water container 22, the humidity sensor 23 and the electrics board 20 for operation of the drier. Chamber B is secured by the door 29. |
