An elevator group supervisory controller(GC) includes group supervisory control part which establish a optimum car of many elevator car. A standard of a optimum car accepts state information and operation data of a many of car controller (CC1 - CCN) which does operation-control each car. The operation data collection part(12) collects each operation-result-information on each car. The pre-estimate part practices a pre-estimate about estimation items(self waiting-time, increasing waiting-time, energy consumption increasing index, back time gap). The estimation items use a registrated Hall Call after registrating Hall Call in Hall Caller, pre-operation data of each car, and state information of each car from the operation data collection part(12). The transport coefficient presumption part(14) presumes a transport coefficient on present times with a base of pre-operation data which is collected in operation-data collection part(12). With fuzzification input variable fuzzy-rule part(13) fuzzificate pre-estimation value of each estimation items on pre-estimation operation part(11). The Fuzzy-reasoning part(15) reason service fitness of each elevator car from a fuzzification variable in fuzzy-rule part(13). The control-conclusion part(16) assign a optimum Hall Call to car controller. The elevator group supervisory controller uses fuzzy control logic of pre-state operators.
