The invention comprises compounds of formula wherein Ar is Ph optionally substituted by halogen, NO 2 , OH, alkyl or alkoxy; R 2 and R 3 are morpholino, pyrrolidino, piperidino or piperazino, optionally substituted by OH or alkyl; and R 1 is dialkylamino, alkyl cycloalkylamino or alkyl aralkylamino, substituted by 1 or more OH groups; and said addition salts thereof. The foregoing alkyl and alkoxy groups contain 1-3 C atoms, and the cycloalkyl group contains 5 or 6 C atoms. These compounds are prepared by reacting with R 1 H, R 2 H or R 3 H (as required), the corresponding precursor of the above compounds having in place of either R 2 and/or R 3 or R 1 , halogen atoms or substituted OH or SH groups. Pharmaceutical compositions for oral, rectal or parenteral administration comprise compounds of the above formula with a conventional carrier or excipient. The compounds have a cardiovascular, and especially a coronarydilating activity.
