FIELD: remote-control systems, including those operating in semi-duplex mode where communication channel or separate pieces of equipment are used in turn for reception and for transmission. SUBSTANCE: control-command transmitting device has first and second entities 1 and 2, respectively; first entity 1 has coder A3, signal transmitter A4, first switch 5, signal receiver B6, decoder B7, input of coder A3 functions as input 8 of device; output of coder A3 is connected to input of signal transmitter A4 whose output is connected to first lead of first switch 5; second lead of first switch 5 is connected to input of signal receiver B6 whose output is connected to input of decoder B7; output of the latter functions as second output 9 of device; third lead of first switch 5 is connected to communication channel incorporating on second entity 2 second switch 18, signal receiver A11, decoder A12, coder B13, signal transmitter B14, delay unit 16 that has series-connected computer 13 and controlled delay line 18; first lead of second switch 10 is connected to input of signal receiver A11 whose output is connected to input of decoder A12; first output of the latter functions as first output 15 of device; second output of decoder A12 is connected to input of delay unit 16 which is, essentially, input of computer 17; output of controlled delay line 18 functions as output of delay unit 16 and is connected to input of coder B13 whose output is connected to input of signal transmitter B14 whose output is connected to second lead of second switch 10; third lead of second switch 10 is connected to communication channel.
