PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly support the positional confirmation of the lesion part by providing an image display device for reproducing the image of an affected part for the indication thereof on an actual affected part, as well as an alignment means for positionally matching the actual affected part and the affected part on a display image to each other. SOLUTION: In undertaking surgical operation for extracting a tumor from an affected part 15, excitation light L1 emitted from the excitation light source 20 of a fluorescent photographing device 10 is irradiated to the part 15, and a photosensitive material absorbed in the part 15 is thereby excited to generate fluorescence L2. Furthermore, a photographing means 21 detects the fluorescence L2 and photographs the fluorescent image of the part 15, and outputs image data S1 to a control device 13. The control device 13 adjusts the data S1 for a scale factor and a direction. Then, a conversion process for alignment is applied to the data S1 and image data S2 after the conversion process is outputted to an image pickup device 11. Also, this device 11 reproduces and displays the fluorescent image of the part 15 on the image reproduction means of a liquid crystal display panel or the like, based on the data S2. |
