PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high performance of magnetic force and improve dehydrate property by grinding sintered ferrite powder fine, then performing secondary sintering at a specific temperature, grinding it fine to a specified grain diameter and molding and sintering it as slurry of a specified wt% concentration by concentrating and kneading, and also adjusting water. SOLUTION: A raw mixture having a basic composition of MO.nFe2 O3 is used, wherein M is at least one kind of Ba, Sr, Pb and (n) is 5 to 6. After a raw mixture which is sintered, that is, primarily sintered is ground fine to an average diameter of 0.5 to 1.2μm, it is secondarily sintered at 800 to 1000 deg.C. Thereafter, it is ground fine to an average diameter of 0.5 to 1.2μm again and formed to a slurry raw material. Thereafter, it is concentrated and kneaded and is molded and baked by adjusting concentration at 65 to 75wt%. Since agglomerate an be thereby sheared and dispersed and becomes fine particle, orientation property is improved during molding in magnetic field and magnetic property is greatly improved. Dehydrate is also improved. |
