[Also in Division F2] A device, which is insertable in a pipe 1 to restore its circular cross-section and/or to reinforce the pipe comprises at least three segments 2-7 which are pivoted together at 5, 6 so as to be collapsible and also formable into an open circular ring and a locking arrangement which, when the device is positioned within the pipe, locks the free ends of the segments 3, 4 together to constrain the device into circular ring shape. The adjacent ends of the segments 3, 4 are apertured to receive the offset journal portions of an eccentric locking pin 12-15 which, when rotated through 90 degrees by a ram 16, locks the device securely within the pipe, an aperture 17 in a locking pin arm 17 coinciding with an aperture in the segment 3 to receive a holding pin, (not shown).
