[Also in Division C2] A pest control preparation contains as an active ingredient a compound of the formula: where X is halogen, alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms, OCH 3 , SCH 3 , Cn, NO 2 or CF 3 , Y is halogen or alkyl of 1-4 carbon atoms, m and n are 0-3 provided that n + m cannot be more than S, and A is oxygen or sulphur, together with a suitable carrier. The preparations are used in particular to combat phytopathogenic nematodes but also display an activity against humanopathogenic and phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria, against acarides, insects, water pests and endoparasites. |
