PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select and recover chips in a scrap iron container box and scrap aluminum container box by arranging a chip selector for selecting and recovering an iron material into one container box by magnetism and an aluminum material into another container box under a cutter device. SOLUTION: A can K falls down between a can fall guide plate 4 and a conveying belt moving downward 7, and is forcibly transferred downward by the conveying belt 7. At this time, the conveying belt 7 is rotated anticlockwise around a pulley shaft by a can pushed downward, and the can K falls down onto a drum cutters 9, 10 and is cut. Chips 20 falls to the upper right part of a sleeve 25 of a magnet drum 22 by a chute 21. A nonmagnetic body such as aluminum and nonferrous metal passes thorough the sleeve 25 without being influenced by a magnet 24 and falls down into a nonmagnetic body container box below the right side. A magnetic body such as iron is attracted by the magnet 24 and is attracted onto the sleeve 25. When it passed the highest part, it is not influenced by the magnet 24 and falls down into a magnetic body container below the left side. |
