PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically efficiently connect circuits which obtain a prescribed degree of matching and are different by characteristic impednaces. SOLUTION: In or on the surface of a dielectric substrate 1 formed by laminating plural dielectric layers 1a to 1f, a pair of ground planes 2a and 2b electrically connected to the ground potential are arranged so as to face each other with plural dielectric layers between them. A pair of first strip lines 3a and 3b are arranged between the pair of around planes 2a and 2b so as to face each other with at least one dielectric layer between them, and a second strip line 4 is arranged between the pair of first strip lines 3a and 3b with at least one dielectric layer between them. Firststrip lines 3a and 3b and ground planes 2a and 2b are electrically connected by an inductor line 5. |
