<p>A cooker apparatus for heating a cooking pot inductively comprises an induction heating coil and a control device for controlling the heating power. The control device has a temperature-dependent guiding and control means and a sensor unit, adapted to be positioned on the cooking pot and subjected there to the evolution of steam in the cooking pot.
