PURPOSE:To obtain an unit housing, capable of reducing work in a factory and the works at the site of construction while utilizing a dead space effectively without limiting any living space. CONSTITUTION:The main body 11 of an air-conditioning machine is attached to the upper part of the ceiling surface of an underfloor overhanging unit 3A in a factory and first and second ventilating ducts 14A, 14B, guiding air from the air conditioning machine into upper and lower living rooms 10A, 10B, are provided. A receiving recess 21 and an air blow-off port 22 are formed below the floor panel 8V of an upper floor overhanging unit 3B. When the unit 3B is put on the unit 3A in the factory, the main body 11 of the air-conditioning machine is received into the receiving recess 21 of the unit 3B and the opening of the second ventilating duct 14B is opposed to the air blow-off port 22 whereby works in the factory and at the site of construction can be reduced and a dead space can be utilized effectively. |
