PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lubricating oil supplying structure corresponding proper to the structure of an outboard engine when a four-cycle engine is applied to the outboard engine, and having high lubricating oil supplying and changing workability. SOLUTION: In the lubricating oil supplying structure for supplying lubricating oil into an oil pan, of a four-cycle outboard engine in which a four-cycle engine is perpendicularly arranged so that a crank shaft may be approximately vertical in sailing, an oil return passage A for returning lubricating oil from the part to be lubricated on the upper part of the engine to the oil pan 41 is formed approximately in parallel to the crank shaft 16. An lubricating oil injection port is formed on the upper end of an oil return passage A, and an oil level gauge 79' having such a length as to extend to the oil pan 41 is mounted on an injection port. |
