PURPOSE:To check whether data is transferred normally or not, by finding an exclusive OR between the input and output of a J-K flip-flop to be controlled by a control signal from a preregister. CONSTITUTION:Input data 11 is stored by a register 1 and an output of the register 1 is processed by a logical circuit 3 and outputted as an output signal 13 through a postregister 2. An output signal 18 from a J-K flip-flop is inverted when the register 1 is set and outputted as an output signal 19 through a register 6. A comparator 18 finds an exclusive OR between the signals 18, 19. When control signals 16, 17 are not outputted because of the generation of a fault, an output of a comparator 7 is kept at logic ''1''. |
