PURPOSE:To discharge stiff transfer paper surely with simple constitution by sticking the transfer paper stripped from the surface of a photoreceptor onto deflecting rolls having high self-adhesiveness then feeding the same with guiding plates for transfer paper into a conveying device for transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:Toner images are transferred with an electrostatic charger 3 for transfer on the transfer paper which is guided by a guiding member 2 for transfer paper and is electrostatically attracted onto a photoreceptor. The transfer paper is stripped successively from the surface of the photoreceptor 1 toward the width direction by means of a stripping belt 6 and a stripping roll 7, and is stuck around self-adhesive rollers 8... of high self-adhesiveness, whereby floating, etc. are obviated even with stiff transfer paper. Then, the transfer paper is stripped from the surfaces of the rolls 8... by guiding plates 20... for the transfer paper and is discharged by a conveying member 4 for the transfer paper, etc. Thus the stiff transfer paper is discharged surely with the simple constitution without wrinkle, jamming or other troubles. |
