摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of a current switching type logical integrated circuit by selecting a logical gate group in which transistors (TRs) on the standard voltage side are not connected at the same time logically and applying standard voltage from the same standard voltage generating circuits to the gate group with the fixed number of gates or less. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit 21 consists of an input step logical group G1, an internal logical group G2, an output step logical group G3 and input and output terminal groups 22, 23. External supply standard voltage Vref is applied only to the gate group G1, which executes logical operation by receiving input signals from the terminal group 22. The gate groups G2, G3 execute logical operation by receiving standard voltage from internal standard voltage generating circuits 24. The gate groups G2, G3 are classified into gate groups G21, G22, G31, G32, which select logical gates so as not to connect TRs on the standard voltage side at the same time logically to drive logical gate groups, so that the number of times to fan out the circuits 24 can be increased. Thus the number of the circuits 24 can be reduced and the power consumption of the circuits 22 can be reduced.
