PURPOSE:To provide the electrode head effective in the apparatus recording electric signal as visual image, having high resolution and eminent durability, by using the electric insulating layer of the shape where both sides of its heat resisting layer are put between adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION:After forming the laminated material by alternately piling up the electric insulating layer of which both sides of the heat resisting layer (example, polyimide, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.) 503 are put between the adhesion layers (example, epoxy resin, modified acrylic resin, etc.) 502 and the electric conductive layer 501 consisting of Cu, Fe, Ni, Al, etc, in the direction of thickness, the cutting piece is got out by a required shape and the electric conductive layer of section of said cutting piece is made to be the electric power application part.
