PURPOSE:To contrive accomplishment of lightweight and miniaturization of the titled device without having the atmospheric pressure resisting strength by a method wherein an open path connected to the internal part of a container opened to outside atmosphere is provided, and the vapor of the cooling medium passing through the open path is liquefied by cooling. CONSTITUTION:An evaporation space of cubic volume Va is provided at the upper part of a refrigerant 3 filled in a container main body 2, and a main conductor 25 is provided in said space as usual. An open path 21 is connected to the ceiling part of the evaporation space. As the open path 21 is opened to atmospheric air, the evaporation space is provided in atmospheric air. As atmospheric air pressure can be used as the internal refrigerant vapor pressure of the immersion ebullition-cooling device having the open path 21 whereon the second condenser 22 is provided, the atmospheric pressure-resisting strength required for the container main body and the cold plate of the convensional immersion boiling-cooling device is unnecessary now, thereby realizing lightweight and miniaturization of the titled device. |
