PURPOSE:To alleviate maintenance works, by installing a pair of supporting members of supersonic wave vibrating pieces positioned on both ends across the No.2 flow path respectively and a connecting means for connecting fixedly both ends of the No.2 flow path. CONSTITUTION:Supersonic wave generators 3, 4 are held in place respectively by a pair of supporting members 14a of a supersonic wave generating body 14. And, this supporting member 14a in its recess accommodates to maintain a holding cylinder 15 in which a construction of laminated layers of packing material 7, supersonic wave vibrating piece 8 and cover material 9. Further, these supporting members 14a is fastened with a connecting pin 14b on its opening side of a recess and these pins 14b, 14b are connected with recesses 16b, 16b free to be disconnected. Further, when inside of the pipe 13 is badly contaminated, the connecting pins 14b are pulled to dislocate projections 16a which where connected with the recesses 16b and the case 14 can be dismounted from a pipe 13a. Consequently, the maintenance works can be performed extremely easily. |
