PURPOSE:To eliminate metal dies for molding to save the cost by inserting a drum type core and tapered part of terminal into an outer case and filling such outer case with synthetic resin and then sealing it with resin. CONSTITUTION:The terminals 16, 17 consisting of fixed portions 16a, 17a, tapered portions 16b, 17b, horizontal portions 16c, 17c are comprised and combined in two parallel terminal grooves 14, 15 formed at the external surfaces of the one collar 12 of a drum type core 11 having the collars 12, 13 at both ends. A coil 18 is wound to a drum type core 11 and the coil leads 18a, 18b at the starting and ending portions are wound to the tapered portions 16b, 17b of terminals 16, 17 and are connected by soldering. The drum type core 11 having the coil 18 is inserted to the outer case 19 and is then sealed with the synthetic resin 20 filled therein. |
