CONSTITUTION:The meat part of tuna is scraped in the form of flakes with a sharp sword in the form of a spoon, and the resultant flakes are then contained in the flat form of <=1.2cm thickness in a vinyl bag or polyethylene bag, which is then sealed up to freeze the flakes.
