摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a measured value, by calculating a displacement amount by correcting the measured value, which was obtained by an analogue type displatement detector, by the correction coefficient of a memory means at the measuring time of an article to be measured. CONSTITUTION:After a calibration device 42 was initialized, the measuring probe 224 attached to a measuring main shaft 23 is moved onto a calibration position, that is, a movable block 44. A gain change-over order signal is outputted to the probe 224 and the gain of a displacement detector is set to an indicated value. Next, when a pulse motor 47 is driven by a drive order, the movable block 44 is moved along a calibration stand 43. When the motor is succeedingly rotated by definite quantity, measured values are successively stored in a memory apparatus and the correction coefficient of a gain is calculated from the inclination of the regression straight line of said measured values to be stored in the memory apparatus. By this method, after calibration was performed, the measurement of an article to be measured is performed by using the probe 224.
