PURPOSE:To carry out culture with a nutrient solution for green vegetable, rootcrop, fruit vegetable, grain etc., and to increase the amount of harvest of plant, by using a culture solution containing a specific amount of titanium- ascorbate chelate. CONSTITUTION:Culture with a nutrient solution is carried out by using a culture solution containing <1,000ppm (preferably 0.1-100ppm) calculated as titanium of titanium-ascorbate chelate. The substance is made to act on the root of plant by the culture with a nutrient solution so that the amount of harvest can be increased. Green vegetable such as lettuce, PAKUCHOI, CHINGENSAI, TATSUAI, Chinese cabbage, spinach, rootcrop such as turnip, etc., fruit vegetable such as tomato, cucumber, egg plant, etc., grain such as rice plant, wheat, bean, etc., flower, horticultural plant, etc., may be cited as the plant suitable for the culture with a nutrient solution.
