PURPOSE:To simplify the production of piezoelectric vibrators, to easily mass- produce them and to reduce the production cost by forming a process for fixing the piezoelectric vibrators to plural supports coupled by a lead frame with insulating adhesive. CONSTITUTION:To easily mass-product the piezoelectric vibrators, the supports 11 coupled by the lead frame 11 are used as supporting tools. The piezoelectric vibrators 12 are arranged among the supports 11 and fixed with the insulating adhesive 13. Then, exciting electrodes 14 for the vibrators 12 and electrodes for connecting the vibrators 12 to the supports 11 are simultaneously formed on the frame 10 by using mask or the like. Consequently, the connection of the electrodes expanded from the electrodes 14 with the supports 11 can be surely improved.
