PURPOSE:To effectively obtain the check of a bit of output information, and NC data with high accuracy, by adding a one block execution instruction input device that inputs an instruction to execute the display and the output of constructed NC data and processing route chart block by block. CONSTITUTION:When the data, such as the shape of an object to be processed, a processing condition, etc., are inputted from a main input device 1, inputted data are stored in a storage device 3 through a processor 2. And when an execution start instruction is inputted from the main input device 1, the processor 2 constructs the shape of the object to be processed based on stored input data, and outputs the processing route chart, and the NC data continuously to an external file, or a graphic picture plane. When an instruction is inputted from a temporary stop instruction input device 6 while performing a continuous process, a process is stopped temporarily. In the above state, the display and the output of one block of the NC data are performed at every inputting of the instruction from a one-block execution instruction input device 8, and after that, the process returns to a temporary stop state, and this cyclic process is repeated.
