PURPOSE:To stabilize output current in spite of a voltage change at an output terminal by serially connecting a transistor(TR) fed back by an inverter to a mirror side power supply MOS TR. CONSTITUTION:Current flowing from a MOS TR Q1 biased by a terminal 1 is converted into voltage by a TR Q3 to bias the gate of a TR Q6. The same voltage is biased from the terminal 1 also to a TR Q2, so that the same current as the TR Q1 flows into the TR Q2. A TR Q4 is biased by a feedback system constituted of the TRs Q2, Q4, Q5 at the same voltage as the gate of a TR Q3. The voltage change of an output terminal 2 is isolated by the TR Q5 fed back by an inverter constituted of the TRs Q2, Q4. Thereby, the drain voltage of the TR Q6 is not influenced by the voltage change of the terminal 2 and an output current I0 is stabilized in spite of the voltage change of the terminal 2.
