<p>PURPOSE:To stably obtain a uniform buffer action at the time of opening a cover, by constituting a device in such way that an adhesive substance is filled between a sleeve mounted on a fixed shaft and a rotor engaged with a cover body. CONSTITUTION:By turning a lever 12, a locking lug 14 is separated, and the cover body 4 is turned in an opening direction by the pressing force of a spring 5. A rotary cylinder 6 mounted on the cover body 4 is also rotated, and acts so as to rotate the sleeve 7 through the adhesive substance. Torque functions on a coil 9, however, the coil 9 tightens the fixed shaft 3, and locks the rotation of the sleeve 7. Therefore, a shear force functions on the adhesive substance filled between the rotary cylinder 6 mounted on the cover body 4 and the sleeve 7, and makes resistance for the opening operation of the cover body 4.</p> |
