PURPOSE:To effectively perform laser beam machining without floating a work by providing a rotary tool unit on a laser beam machining head and further, providing a work pressing means freely projectably and retractably toward a table. CONSTITUTION:When a main spindle of a tapper 10 is driven to rotate and a sleeve 10b is moved in the arrow F direction when the prescribed laser beam machining has been performed with respect to the work 15, a pressing plate 11b is also moved in the arrow F direction and the vicinity of a machining part of the work 15 is pressed in the direction of the table 3 via a work pressing part 11g. Further, when the sleeve 10b with a tap 16 are moved in the F direction, the tap 16 pierces the work 15 and an internal screw is pierced through the machining part of the work 15 and provided thereto by a screw part of the tap 16. At this time, the vicinity of the machining part of the work 15 is continued to be pressed in the direction of the table 3 via the work pressing part 11g of the pressing plate 11b by the elastic force of a spring 11e. By this method, the vicinity of the machining part of the work 15 is not floated from the table 3 and the machining is performed smoothly. |
