<p>PURPOSE:To carry out hot-line work by one person by providing a manipulator on the upper portion while providing an auxiliary arm on the lower portion, revolvably, erectably/collapsibly, and expandably/contractibly, of a post provided on the top end of the boom of a high place working vehicle and installing a camera device and a holding device on the tip end portion of the auxiliary arm. CONSTITUTION:A post 5 is provided on the top end of the boom 3 of a working vehicle, being held vertically irrespective of the angle of the boom. A basket 6 for an operator to rides is provided on the post 5, and a manipulator 7 is installed revolvably in the whole up/down and right/left directions in the front portion thereof. An auxiliary arm 39 is provided revolvably, erectably/ collapsibly, and expandably/contractibly on the lower portion of the basket 6 and a camera device 42 or a holding device is installed on the tip end thereof. By this structure, the operator can set the camera 42 in the proper position of a working place and carries out an operation with the tool of the manipulator 7 under the monitoring by the camera. Hence, an operation can be surely performed by one operator.</p> |
