PURPOSE:To remove only a deteriorated dye and reuse an organic medium cyclically by a method wherein a dye removing filter and a bypass circuit that bypasses the filter, which are switchably connected with each other in parallel, are provided to a circulating circuit which connects a dye laser device with a dye laser medium tank. CONSTITUTION:A laser medium inside a dye laser medium tank 2 is used as circulating in such a manner that it is supplied to a dye laser device 1 through the drive of a circulating pump 5 while the laser medium is not deteriorated and returns to the tank 2 through a bypass circuit 10 of a circulating circuit 10. When the dye is deteriorated, a control valve 11 provided to the inlet of the bypass circuit 10 is closed, and on-off valves 12, 13, 14 and 15 of a dye removing filter 8 and a concentrated dye laser medium cartridge 9 are opened. Then, not only the deteriorated dye is caught by the dye removing filter 8 but also a new concentrated dye is supplied from the concentrated dye laser medium cartridge 9 and returns to the dye laser tank 2 joining the organic solvent that the deteriorated dye is removed, and the organic solvent that the new dye is mixed is supplied to the dye laser device 1 by the circulating pump 5. |
