PURPOSE: To prevent interference of a competitive substance by discharging an indicator continuously from a reagent zone to a reaction zone. CONSTITUTION: A sample of a pooled human serum added with following quantity of globulin is prepared. Zero (reference),α-globulin 2%,α-globulin 4% andγ-globulin 2%, and these samples are applied to the reaction chamber of an element 41. DR at 630nm is monitored for 5min at 37 deg.C. DR value of an element touching a serum containing the added globulin was substantially equal to the DR value of an element touching a reference for first 2min. In other word, the added globulin has substantially no interfering color response during that time interval. |
