A method for changing additional services during a period set in a mobile communication system, an additional service management server performing the same and a system thereof are provided to enable parents to restrict the sending of a phone call or a message during class by their child and to change additional services easily via a call forwarding or an automatic response service even during a trip. A method for changing additional services during a period set in a mobile communication system comprises the following several steps. A subscriber sets an additional service change period and additional service change information at an additional service management server for changing additional services during a specific period(S310). The additional service management server stores the additional service change period and the additional service change information(S320). The server determines whether the additional service change period starts by periodically checking the additional service change period(S330). If so, the server transmits an additional service change message to an HLR(Home Location Register)(S340). The server determines whether the additional service change period ends by periodically checking the additional service change period(S360). If so, the server transmits an additional service re-change message to the HLR(S370). Then, the HLR receives the additional service re-change message, and changes the changed additional service back(S380).
