PURPOSE:To improve handleability by providing a high-level language converting means to convert graphic data, which are stored in a graphic data storing means, to the basic instruction sentence for graphic screen drawing of a high-level language according to the prescribed rule of conversion to high-level language. CONSTITUTION:The graphic data for graphic screen drawing inputted to an auxiliary input means 6 are once stored to a graphic data storing means 12a. These stored graphic data are continuously converted to the basic instruction sentence for graphic screen drawing of the high-level language by a high-level language converting means 22 according to the prescribed rule of conversion to high-level language. Especially, when the high-level language converting means 22 is composed of a language conversion table memory 24 and a high-level language preparation part 26, the high-level language preparation part 26 refers to the conversion rule, which is registered to the language conversion table memory 24 in advance, such as the instruction sentence of conversion to high-level language or a parameter arrangement order, etc., and the basic instruction sentence of the high-level language for graphic screen drawing is prepared from the graphic data according to this rule. Thus, the handleability is improved.
