<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an iron core from being slipped off by a method wherein a protruding part which is slightly thicker than a gap size of a leakage part is formed in a leakage gap part of a molded bobbin for winding use so as to be united with the bobbin along a laminate direction of an shaped iron core and a recessed part used to house the protruding part of the I-shaped iron core is formed in a position facing the protruding part. CONSTITUTION:Two E-shaped iron cores 2 are installed on both sides so as to be faced in such a way that they sandwich an I-shaped iron core 2 to which molded bobbins 4 which have been molded by using a synthetic resin or the like and on which windings have been wound have been attached. A leakage gap part 3 is formed between the I-shaped iron core 2 and the E-shaped iron cores 1; protruding parts 5 with a thickness of (d) are formed at the molded bobbins 4 along a laminate direction of the I-shaped iron core 2; in addition, recessed parts 6 used to house the protruding parts 5 are formed in positions corresponding to the protruding parts 5 of the I-shaped iron core 2. When a force F is exerted from both sides of the two E-shaped iron cores 1 and the E-shaped iron cores 1 are pressed to the I-shaped iron core 2, the protruding parts 5 are pressed into the recessed parts 6 and are coupled. Thereby, the I-shaped iron core 2 is fixed to the molded bobbins 4 and are not slipped off.</p> |
