PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive citron like vinegar having taste of citron by blending an essential oil ingredient obtained by squeezing citron and separating from the resultant juice with a juice obtained by squeezing an unripe Unshu orange and removing an essential oil ingredient. CONSTITUTION:An essential oil ingredient obtained by squeezing citron and separating from the resultant juice is blended with a juice obtained by squeezing an unripe Unshu orange and removing an essential oil from the resultant juice and the blend is frozen, preferably at -20 deg.C, sterilized and preserved to provide the citron like vinegar. |
