PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an outdoor gas switchgear in which the waterproof packing can be protected and replaced easily without moving the switchgear body. SOLUTION: A switchgear body 35 comprises a container 8 mounted on a frame body 1 while encapsulating insulating gas, an inner top plate 14 supported above the frame body 1, an outer top plate 31 mounted on the inner top plate 14 through a supporting base 15, and a back plate 19 having upper and opposite side fringe parts being bent outward with the upper fringe part being mounted on the supporting base 15 and the opposite side fringe being mounted on the frame body 1. A plurality of switchgear bodies are arranged in line with a packing 36 being interposed between the side fringe parts 21 of the adjacent back plates 19. The packing 36 is concealed by a cover 39 mounted on the side fringe part 21. |
