PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparing device which is capable of reducing the input load at the time of inputting notation information and surely preventing an input mistake. SOLUTION: Based on the instruction from an operation input means, the menu stored in a data storage means is read out and the menu is displayed on the screen on which a text is displayed (SP1 to SP2). Subsequently, when one of the menu on the screen is selected and the specified portion of the text is designated based on the instruction from the operation input means, the notation information corresponding to the menu is read out of a data storage means and is written at the designated portion within the text on the screen (SP3 to SP9). |
