PURPOSE:To easily obtain a copy of a desired page in a short time by automatically counting the sequence of documents sent to an exposing part and automatically controlling exposure and non-exposure according to the sequence of the copied document designated by an operator in advance. CONSTITUTION:A copying machine is equipped with an automatic document feeder or an automatic double-sided document feeder ARDF 2. A bundle of documents is set to the ARDF 2 in ascending order. Then, the number of copies and pages to be copied are inputted by operating ten keys and an enter key. In depressing a print key, the documents D are sequentially fed. When the number of pages counted by a sensor 1039 is coincident with input data page, exposure and scanning are performed, whereas when they are in discordance, the document D is ejected to a document tray 1036 without being exposed and scanned. Consequently, the copy of a desired page can be easily obtained in a short time. |
