PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently and easily mold a synthetic resin molded item by using skin material, which is formed in response to the surface shape of the molded item, by a method wherein an attaching and detaching station is provided to which only a bottom force is transferred from an opening and closing station and in which the skin material is arranged and, at the same time, at which the molded item, which integrally contains the skin material, mounting parts and foamed resin, is removed from a bottom force after the finish of reaction injection molding. CONSTITUTION:At an opening and closing station 20, a top force 32, which is held with a clamping means 66, is raised through a cylinder 52 and, after that, rotated by the predetermined angle to vertical direction under the action of a cylinder 64 through a rack 62 and a pinion 60. Under the state just mentioned above, the arrangement work of mounting parts onto the top force 32 is carried out. On the other hand, a bottom force 30 is transferred integrally with a truck 70 to an attaching and detaching station 18 under the action of a cylinder and held to a reversing table 36 with pins 44. In this case, only the bottom force 30 is transferred from the opening and closing station 20 to the attaching and detaching station 18, in which the removing work of a molded item 16 from the bottom force 30 and the mounting work of the skin material 14 to the bottom force 30 are carried out. |
