PURPOSE:To obtain porous powder for chemically or physically supporting or fixing a functional material by pulverizing a porous membrane such as a membrane filter or an ultra filter. CONSTITUTION:A porous membrane such as a membrane filter having about 0.1-10mum pore diameter or an ultra filter having about 10-1,000Angstrom pore diameter is pulverized with a pulverizer such as an impact grinder or a ball mill to obtain porous powder having an arbitrary pore diameter. At this time, function such as adsorbing ability, ion exchange ability or electric charge imparting ability can be imparted by impregnating a functional component such as a surfactant or an aromatic component. Porous powder supporting functional groups and having an arbitrarily selected pore diameter is obtd. |
