PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency by providing a heater substrate mounted with a sensor heating heater on the anode electrode of an ion conductor with multiple adhesive materials arranged at an interval. CONSTITUTION:A space forming material 7 is a porous substance to form a fixed space section 7A between it and a platinum electrode 2A serving as a cathode, and a sealing glass 8 wholly covers the space forming material 7 and holds the space section 7A at the airtight state. A heater substrate 12 mounted with a sensor heating heater 11 is provided on a platinum electrode 2B located on the other side of a sensor element 5 via glass adhesive materials 10. The adhesive materials 10 connecting the element 5 and substrate 12 are discontinuously provided at an interval along the periphery of the element 5 or substrate 12. The electrodes 2A, 2B are stacked on each face of an ion conductor 1 with a gas diffusion hole 1A, the oxygen in the sample gas guided through the diffusion hole 1A flows in the conductor 1 as ions, and ambient oxygen concentration is measured form the current value of the ion current. |
