<p>PURPOSE:To realize smooth transition from usual reproduction to high-speed search by updating and setting a reference value every time a drum rotates by a prescribed angle, and transferring magnetic tape speed to the magnetic tape speed at the time of the high-speed search so that the relative speed of a magnetic tape and a drum becomes nearly constant from a reproduced signal. CONSTITUTION:A relative speed detection circuit 17 is on/off-controlled by a control signal from a control part 14, and detects the relative speed of the magnetic tape and a rotary head at the time of the high-speed search, and compares the pulse interval of a frequency signal from a filter 31 with the reference value, and sends this compared result to a driver 18 as the error signal of revolving speed. The driver 18 rotates and drives a reel motor 32 in conformity to the revolving speed instructed by the drive signal of the control part 14 and besides, in accordance with speed error voltage if the speed error voltage is impressed from a reel servo circuit 17. Thus, the smooth transition from the usual reproduction to the high-speed search can be realized without causing the unreadable period of data.</p> |
