摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make a uniform flow rate of gaseous starting material which passes through an adsorption vessel and to optimize the separation efficiency of the adsorbent by providing plural filter materials on the adsorption floor at proper distance to form two or more layers along the traveling direction of the gaseous starting material. CONSTITUTION:Each of adsorption vessels 3, 4 consists of plural filter material among adsorption beds 26 at proper distance to form a multilayer structure of the adsorption beds 26. These adsorption tanks are alternately used for adsorption stage and reproducing stage. First, the gaseous source material introduced to the adsorption vessel 3 passes through the adsorption bed 26 to show partial difference of the flow rate in the cross section of the bed 26 due to the difference in the packing density of the adsorbent. However, during the gas passes through the filter material 25, the gas is devided into two components by the resistance of the filter 24, one passing through the filter 25 and the other flowing along the filter surface. The component flowing along the filter surface expands proportionally to the pressure difference between the dynamic pressure of gas colliding on the filter surface and the environmental pressure. Then, when the gas pressure on the whole filter surface becomes uniform, the gaseous starting material can pass through the filter at a uniform flow rate. Thereby, the gas to be adsorbed can efficiently be adsorbed on the adsorbent.</p>
