<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the title molding having a surface layer excellent in weatherability, mechanical strengths, abrasion resistance, etc., by using a specific substance as a binder at least in the surface layer of the article. CONSTITUTION:In preparing a molding (e.g. a molding for elastic pavement) from vulcanized rubber chips (e.g. rubber chips obtd. by granulating a tire), a binder comprising a vulcanizable liq. compsn. (e.g. a liq. NBR), a vulcanizing agent (e.g. sulfur), and an accelerator is used at least in the surface layer of the article.</p> |
