摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a magnetic bearing by magnetically bearing a rotor through an active and a passive magnetic bearings arranged near the center of gravity of the rotor to lessen the number of control systems. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bearing has an electromagnet 40 to act responsively to detection result issued from a sensor to detect the radial displacement of a pump rotor 6, and an active magnetic bearing 4 to restrict the two degrees of radial freedom of the rotor 6 is arranged at the position of the center of gravity. The radial outside of the magnetic bearing 4 is provided with a permanent magnet 51 and a passive magnetic bearing 5 to restrict the one degree of axial freedom of the rotor 6 and the two degrees of rotational freedom of a rotor shaft 3 for restricting the five degrees of freedom in a pump.
