MANUFACTURE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide compaction method of concrete whose slump value measured by a concrete slump measuring method displays at least a specific value and separation resistance is high by a vibrator whose number of vibrations and amplitude fall within specific ranges. CONSTITUTION:Concrete whose slump flow value measured by JIS A 1101 (concrete slamp measuring method) shows at least 50cm and separation resistance is high is compacted by a vibrator whose number of vibrations and amplitude fall within specific ranges. With this construction, since high fluidity and filling properties are improved and an environmental problem to separation control and noise are dissolved, it is obvious that manufacturing of a concrete structure makes a rapid improvement and application to not only engineering work and building but also the whole of concrete products requiring early strength is possible.
