PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness of steel plates so as to prevent the generation of sound due to exfoliation, by applying high adhesive coating such as porous film on the surface of plated steel plates constructing outer shells of a floor panel filled up with inorganic materials inside. CONSTITUTION:On the surfaces of plated steel plates 1, 2 constructing outer shells of a steel plate floor panel filled up with inorganic materials 8 such as mortar or the like inside, a high adhesive coating of porous film or rough surface film is applied. The adhesiveness between the steel plates 1, 2 and the filled mortar 8 or finishing members provided on the floor can thus be improved. With this constitution, the displacement or the exfoliation due to the difference of curved diameters can be prevented to prevent the sound generation. |
