<p>PURPOSE: To sealingly welding an insert in a container of plastic material incapable of high-frequency welding by providing necessary heating energy from outside. CONSTITUTION: An insert 6 inserted in foils 3, 3' is inserted between shaped pieces 1, 1' which are adapted to the outside contour of the insert 6 and to the welding seam leading to the insert portion of the insert, and by bringing them into contact by means of heated welding jaws 5, 5', the insert is welded between the foils. After welding, they are removed together with the shaped pieces and cooled until the weld seam sets.</p> |
