PURPOSE:To obtain a capsule food comprising a useful active ingredient derived from spirulina and a liposoluble vitamin, especially whole water-soluble and liposoluble vitamins, having excellent shelf stability, ready handling and administration. CONSTITUTION:A fat and oil dispersion comprising a mixture of 10-40% spirulina raw powder and/or 0.1-20% spirulina hot water extract and 50-99.9% liposoluble vitamin and/or precursor thereof as a main ingredient is wrapped with a capsule to give a spirulina-containing capsule food. |
